Manufacturing Process
From field to bottle, every step of our manufacturing process is carefully controlled to deliver essential oils of exceptional purity and consistency.
1. Farm Sourcing & Harvesting
We source herbs from our own certified farms and trusted partner farms in Odisha. Harvesting is done at peak potency, early morning when essential oil content is highest. Our farmers use traditional knowledge combined with modern agricultural practices.
2. Steam Distillation
Fresh herbs are loaded into our state-of-the-art stainless steel distillation units within hours of harvest. Low-pressure steam gently extracts the volatile compounds without damaging delicate molecules. This process takes 3-6 hours depending on the herb.
3. GC-MS Quality Analysis
Every batch undergoes Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) testing in our in-house laboratory. We verify chemical composition, purity, and check for contaminants. Each batch receives a unique Certificate of Analysis before release.
4. Filtration & Packaging
After testing, the oil is filtered to remove any impurities and immediately packaged in food-grade, light-protected containers. All containers are sealed and labeled with batch numbers for full traceability.
5. Export & Logistics
Orders are prepared with complete export documentation including Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and MSDS. We partner with reliable logistics providers for safe, timely global delivery with real-time tracking.
